A perfect stay, the location was excellent with stunning views from the balcony, very clean and ever

Positive: Views over the harbour, layout, size Great location Negative: Security - would have preferred to have some additional security on the outer door Seagulls - some greater protection eg spikes to stop seagulls perching on the roof. Constant droppings make the balcony basically unusable

Wonderful stay in beautiful apartment with best views in town Positive: Location is spectacular right in the heart of Dartmouth with one of the best views in the town. Apartment is well kitted out with two comfy bedrooms a smart bathroom well equipped compact kitchen and a beautiful lounge diner with views of everything going on in Dartmouth and Kingswier Negative: The Penthouse is obviously the best but that comes at a price of stairs to get there but it is definitely worth it for the view and the huge balcony

Positive: The apartment was in a fantastic location with great views over the river. There were lots of restaurants and cafes close by so there were plenty of places to eat and drink, Negative: It was difficult to park and unload luggage on arrival as the allotted parking place was a short walk away.
